When it comes to relationships there are some people in our lives in a different way. They are people we work with and do life with. They are the ones that really lift, support, encourage and walk through the trenches with us. They are the ones that we choose and the ones God connects us with; people who are more than friends. They become family, sisters, brothers, mentors.
For the past few years, I’ve been part of a community that’s brought so much good into my life—growth, support, and friendships that feel like family 
I’ve seen people step out of their comfort zones, serve others, and build something meaningful—some for years, others just getting started.Once per year in Tampa we have our Regional Conference. This one was delayed due to hurricanes in 2024 and was a particularly phenomenal time of connection, growth and education. This weekend we gathered to learn, grow and have some fun! We laughed, we cried, we got some tough love from our mentors and I walked away knowing what I need to do to drive my business forward.
I always feel like I’m saying goodbye to family… but I know I will see everyone again!
