When we were dating I shared a story with Andy about how my entire childhood Lego city was given away to a cousin when I went away to college (unbeknownst to me until after the fact). Andy told me how he only had a small box of Legos when he was a kid and had to keep using the same ones to build different things.
That began our Lego gift giving in an effort to replace what I once had and fulfill his childhood dreams. We discovered eBay and the ability to buy Legos by the pound.🤣
While everything hasn’t always been awesome, God has used the valleys to strengthen our relationship. For that growing, I am thankful.
How serendipitous that our Homeschool field trip landed on May 12th 🥰. We spent our 18th anniversary with friends and as a family, laughing and playing.
From the moment I saw the carousel with Lego horses I was elated and felt like a kid. What a wonderful legotastic day it was even in the rain!
Grateful for the favor of the school group rate that afforded us to go!!
