– Feeling forgetful or confused.
– Struggling to concentrate or focus.
– Swept away by racing thoughts.
– Mind racing in multiple directions
– Hesitating to make decisions.
– Making more mistakes than usual.

Things I have found that work …

– Breathe
– Read the Bible
– Take my supplements
– Write / Journal
– Make a list (to get it out of my head)
– Break down large tasks into small ones
– Zero in on ONE small task at a time – even if it’s mundane
– Pray
– Give myself LOTS of grace
– Take the day in small chunks

Reminding myself today that I CAN do hard things, I have grit and I am safe to pursue the things I love….

Psalms 46:10 is our invitation to find peace and trust in God’s presence, especially during times of anxiety, difficulty, uncertainty, and overwhelm.
